OUR BEANS

Since 1955, we have a nose for coffee and a knack for quality. We choose aromatic beans, carefully selected on the basis of quality, coming from all corners of the world. Our beans go through various monitoring and selection processes in order to guarantee their quality.

THE ROASTING

At Mokafina Coffee Roasters, the beans are roasted at low temperature for just over 14 minutes. This slow roasting process preserves the flavour of the beans and forms the basis for the perfect cup of coffee.

BEHIND THE SCENES

The Loots family took over Mokafina in 2012. Currently, brothers Anthony and Olivier form the backbone of the company, reinforced by an experienced team.
